The Alta Library has internet-accessible computers and a collection of books and magazines.

Alta Library

The Alta LIBRARY winter hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 12:45 pm while the Post Office is open and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5 - 8pm. There are 4 internet-accessible computers as well as a word processor computer available and a small assortment of books and current magazines. There is a wireless connection for those who bring their own laptops to the center. There is also a mail-a-book program available to Alta residents.
